Papyrus are a national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. Their specialist telephone helpline service is staffed by trained professionals. They give non-judgemental support, practical advice and information to anyone under 35, as well as anyone concerned about a young person.

Swithcboard LGBT+ Helpline is where you can speak confidentially to volunteers who self-define as LGBT+. You can talk to them about any issues you are facing, including you sexuality, gender, sexual health and emotional wellbeing.
